Silken Tofu Scramble

  • 1 block silken tofu

  • 2 tbsp onion powder

  • 2 tbsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Open tofu and place in a pan over medium heat. Add spices and use spatula to break into smaller chunks. Stir well. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Remove lid, stir to combine, and serve.
