Creamy Peas and Pasta

This pasta is creamy and full of flavor.


1 can of peas

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp flour

1 c soy milk

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1/4 c vegetable broth

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

salt and pepper to taste


Make pasta as instructed.

Add olive oil to a large skillet. Add garlic and onion powder and cook 2 minutes.

Stir in the milk and broth and bring to a simmer.

Mix together water and flour in a bowl. Stir into the skillet with the soy milk and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until thickened.

Turn the heat to low and add the peas and cooked pasta. Stir well to coat pasta in sauce.

Remove from heat and top with salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast.
