Our goal is to provide plant based groceries to individuals and families in Dallas, TX experiencing food insecurity. We strive to give groceries that are healthy, easy to prepare, and shelf-stable. Each grocery box comes with recipes, nutritional information, and other goodies. In addition to that, we are working on creating content that walks you through the steps of preparing a meal with the ingredients we've provided you with.

beans and other legumes

Legumes are typically low in fat, a good source of protein, contain no cholesterol, and are high in folate, potassium, iron and magnesium. They also contain beneficial fats and soluble and insoluble fiber.

Canned Food

Canned foods can be just as nutritious as fresh and frozen foods because canning preserves many nutrients. The amount of minerals, fat-soluble vitamins, protein, fat and carbohydrate remain relatively unchanged by the process of canning.
